What is Yoga Nidra?

Yoga nidra is a deeply restorative guided meditation experience not to be missed.  Noted as the easiest form of meditation, it is none the less a life enhancing practice.

What is it good for?

  • reducing pain

  • increasing relaxation

  • easing of anxiety/depression.

What does Nidra look like?

Participants lye down on the floor or bed (traditionally on the back, however comfort is important) while the instructor guides them through specific awareness, breathing and mental practices.  There is no physical movement.  Studies show incredible  neural engagement especially after 6 sessions.

Six 60 min group sessions are taught in a series and may be attended in person or from home via phone. {$45-$60}
